We’re thrilled to introduce the latest release of Synergy DBL Integration for Visual Studio (SDI). SDI 2023.11.1746 is available to download in the Synergex Resource Center. This update is another step in our continuous effort to enhance the reliability and efficiency of Synergy development within Visual Studio.

Key Enhancements:

• SonarQube Static Code Analysis. A major focus of this release has been the implementation of SonarQube static code analysis. This initiative is expected to significantly reduce technical debt and address a variety of issues, including intermittent PEVerify MSBuild failures.
• Build Failure Resolution. We fixed an issue causing intermittent build failures in script projects referencing repository projects, especially in large solutions. This fix ensures a more reliable build process for complex project configurations.
• Optimization in Traditional Synergy. The W_REFLIT warning in traditional Synergy, related to the optimization issue of passing integer literals by reference, will no longer occur when the integer literal is encapsulated in a %REF call.
