Discussion
The fconvert -ak option generates new autokey values for sequence autokeys only, unless FCNV_RESET_TIMEKEYS is set. This restriction is in place because resetting a timestamp key to the current time might not be desirable, especially when both sequence and timestamp keys are present in the file. However, you can set FCNV_RESET_TIMEKEYS to override this behavior and allow timestamp keys to be reset to the current time if needed.
