When set, the VORTEX_HOST_HIDEGPF environment variable prevents an SQL OpenNet server from hanging when a thread fails.

Discussion
The Connectivity Series installation automatically sets this environment variable in opennet.std, and we don’t recommend changing this setting.
VORTEX_HOST_HIDEGPF is ignored when VORTEX_HOST_NOSEM is set
