xcall BREAK(channel)
Arguments
channel
The expression that contains the Synergy DBL channel opened to a terminal or character device. (n)
Discussion
The BREAK subroutine causes a “break” to be issued on the device specified by channel. A break is typically a zero state on the transmission line for 0.233 seconds.
If channel is not opened to a terminal or character device, an “Invalid operation for file type” error ($ERR_FILOPT) is generated.
