Arguments
tbid
The ID of a toolbar that has been logged at the current Toolkit environment level. (n)
Discussion
TB_TKGLOBAL promotes a toolbar and the current state of all its buttons to the global environment level. On Unix and OpenVMS, this routine is ignored.
If tbid is an invalid toolbar ID or has not been logged with the current environment, a fatal error will occur. (If tbid is already global, no error occurs.)
