Discussion
U_PARSEVERSION parses a version number string (ver_number) into numeric values.
The version_num string is expected to be in the form v.r.m, where v is the major version number, r is the major revision number, and m is the minor revision number.
For a two-digit value, you can use an uppercase Latin letter: A for 10, B for 11, and so forth. For example, for 10.1.1, you can use A.1.1. If you use an uppercase letter for v, r, or m, make sure it is the only character used for that value.
