Crash on SQL OpenNet access violation

When set to 1, the VORTEX_HOST_NOSEM environment variable causes SQL OpenNet (vtxnetd or vtxnet2) to crash when there’s an access violation (similar to SIG_CORE for the Synergy runtime). This enables you to attach the Windows debugger and should be used only at the request of Synergy/DE Developer Support.

Set VORTEX_HOST_NOSEM in the opennet.std file before setting VORTEX_HOST_HIDEGPF. When VORTEX_HOST_NOSEM is set, VORTEX_HOST_HIDEGPF is ignored.

The SQL OpenNet service must be restarted after setting VORTEX_HOST_NOSEM.
