The SYNNET_CLR environment variable enables the Synergy .NET assembly API to take advantage of .NET Core features.

Discussion
If the SYNNET_CLR environment variable is set to a value of v6+, the Synergy .NET assembly API will support .NET Core 3.1 and higher.
Setting location
Inherited from the parent process environment; in the [synergy], [dbr], or [myprog] section of synergy.ini (where myprog is any .dbr file); or set explicitly using the SETLOG routine before loading the first assembly.
